General Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between code-craft and its contractual partners.
§ 2 Services
code-craft provides IT services in the areas of software development, hardware solutions, IT consulting, managed services, and support. Products are made in Syria with German quality.
§ 3 Prices and Payment
All prices are in EUR plus statutory VAT. Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date without deduction.
§ 4 Liability
code-craft is fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.
§ 5 Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat all confidential information obtained during collaboration as confidential and to use it only for agreed purposes.
§ 6 Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
